Visit your Neighborhood Fire House on Halloween
There will be Halloween Open House at all Cambridge Fire Houses on Friday, October 31, from 4- 6 p.m.
(except Station 1/Headquarters at 491 Broadway, which is closed for reconstruction)
Stop by and visit your neighborhood fire house. Meet your Firefighters and check out the fire apparatus, tools, and equipment. Feel free to ask questions about fire safety and your Cambridge Fire Department.
If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by and visit the temporary fire house on Hovey Avenue!
Feel free to wear your Halloween costume. Take a photo and send it to us.
- Candy will also be distributed to visitors. Thank you to our friends at Cambridge Brands for donating the Halloween candy.
- Vouchers for kid size (1 scoop) Ice Cream will also be given out (as long as supplies last) courtesy of our friends at JP Licks.
- Glow Sticks will also be distributed.
Remember that the fire companies are in service during the Open House and they may have to leave to respond to an emergency call.
