Incident Reported in Williams County

BISMARCK, ND - The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of a valve leak at the CPEUSC 4A 20-158N-100W SWD, approximately 25 miles north of Williston, on December 24, 2025.
Hydra Services, LLC reported that 900 barrels of produced water were released into containment on December 23, 2025. As of December 29, 2025, 900 barrels have been recovered.

A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor any additional cleanup required.
