AKVA group present at Aqua-Ice in Reykjavík

AKVA group will be present when Iceland's aquaculture industry gathers at Aqua-Ice 2025 in the Harpa Conference Centre, Reykjavík, on 30 September-1 October. The conference is the country's key meeting place for aquaculture, and we are participating with representatives from Sea Based, Land Based and Digital to share insights and engage in discussions about the future of the industry.

- Salmon production in Iceland has been developing rapidly in recent years. AKVA group has delivered a wide range of solutions and technology to the Icelandic market, working closely with skilled customers and partners. We have every ambition to continue this journey, says Stian Paulsen, Sales Director Sea Based at AKVA group.

This year we will highlight our digital solutions for AI-powered feeding - in particular AKVA observe. One of the programme highlights is the presentation AI-Powered Aquaculture: Grow Bigger, Healthier Fish - Faster and Cheaper, delivered by Hemang Rishi, CEO of Observe Technologies, an AKVA group company.

The outlook for salmon production in Iceland is very exciting, and we are eager to contribute actively to its further development, says Paulsen.
