June 29, 2026 - LDI to Provide Insurance Assistance at Avoyelles Parish DRC for Tropical Storm Arthur Recovery June 29 - July 2
The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) will join Sen. Heather Cloud, Rep. Daryl Deshotel, the Avoyelles Parish Police Jury and other agencies at the Avoyelles Parish Disaster Recovery Center to help residents in the area impacted by Tropical Storm Arthur. LDI team members will be on hand to help answer questions about storm damage claims, flooded home and auto insurance issues, and other questions about their policies. Residents are encouraged to bring their insurance policies to the event.
