State Chamber Announces New “Texas Business Minute” Radio/TV Program

The State Chamber of Commerce is launching a new content series available free of charge to TV and Radio stations throughout the state.

The new "Texas Business Minute" from the Texas Association of Business (TXBiz) will be a one-minute, non-partisan daily news clip designed to keep Texans informed on the top economic news impacting the state.

This segment will provide every local TV and radio station with a brief, timely, business-focused segment that can be incorporated into each outlet's respective daily programming.

The 55-second audio (mp3) and video (mp4) clip will feature TXBiz President & CEO Glenn Hamer (or a designee within TXBiz leadership, as needed), and will include relevant economic focused developments in Texas, as well as national issues that impact the Texas business community, including but not limited to:

• Latest job creation numbers in Texas
• GDP growth
• Notable economic development announcements
• Companies relocating to and/or expanding in Texas
• New business entities formed in Texas
• News on the impact of federal tariffs on Texas businesses
• Texas international trade statistics (imports/exports)

The clip will be made available at no cost to all TV and radio stations across Texas on a daily basis and will be sent to your inboxes at 5:00 AM CST.

NOTE: the clip will NOT be provided weekends, major holidays and the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

There will be no market exclusivity, and any outlet that wishes to use it may do so freely.

The Texas Business Minute is not sponsored, nor will it generate any revenue for TXBiz. However, individual stations and outlets may secure local sponsorships at their discretion.
