Magnolia Fire


The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating an early morning fire in Magnolia.

Just before 5:30 AM on October 21, 2025, the Magnolia Fire Company, along with several mutual aid fire companies, were dispatched to the 100 block of East Cherry Drive in Magnolia. The fire department arrived to find a single-story residence engulfed in flames.

Deputy State Fire Marshals responded to the scene to investigate the origin and cause of the fire. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

The home received significant fire damage estimated at $100,000. No injuries were reported and there were no occupants in the residence.
