For the 37th year, Tempe honored individuals and organizations helping make our community more accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities through the Mayor's All-Abilities Awards.

Charlotte Gould turned her own experience into a mission, creating teddy bears for babies with cleft conditions and building a community through the Teddy Bear Picnic.

Jayden Jarvis is a future engineer using structured strategies and self-advocacy to overcome challenges and prepare for college.

Autumn Fairbanks is a first-year teacher already creating structured, supportive classrooms where students of all abilities can thrive.

Debbie Capshaw turned a Disney Cruise dream into reality, transforming her day room into an immersive "ship" where participants explored more than 30 countries through food, culture and connection.

AccessZone, ASU is a training program helping people better support individuals with disabilities, on campus and across Tempe.
