Amendments to Federal Rules Effective December 1, 2025
The following amended and new rules and forms became effective December 1, 2025:
• Civil Rules 16, 16.1, and 26;
• Appellate Rules 6 and 39;
• Bankruptcy Rules 3002.1 and 8006;
• Bankruptcy Official Forms 410C13-M1, 410C13-M1R, 410C13-N, 410C13-NR, Form 410C13-M2, Form 410C13-M2R, and Form 410S1; and
• Director's Forms 2000, 2030, and 4100C.
