HM the King Congratulates President of Maldives on National Day

His Majesty King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Maldives, H.E. Mohamed Muizzu, on the occasion of his country's National Day.

In the message, His Majesty the King extends His warmest congratulations to President Muizzu along with His best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of the Maldives.

"I should like to take this opportunity to say how satisfied I am with the fraternal relations rooted in mutual esteem between our countries. I am sure Your Excellency is as eager as I am to strengthen our ties and continue our joint action with a view to deepening our cooperation and expanding it to all sectors, for the mutual benefit of our peoples," the Sovereign writes.
