Library Book Sale Still Accepting Donations
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (April 7, 2026) - Preparations for the Friends of the Library Book Sale at the New Brunswick Free Public Library, 60 Livingston Ave., are nearly complete, aided by Rutgers Scarlet Day of Service volunteers and Delta Kappa Epsilon brothers. Their manual labor ensured the collection is staged for the April 10-11 event.
Due to efficient organizing, donations are still being accepted through April 7. The library seeks quality books but cannot accept encyclopedias, textbooks older than five years, or mildewed items.
Donors must schedule a delivery time rather than leaving items unattended. To coordinate a drop-off, please contact the Book Sale chairperson at [email protected].
