Ever Financial AD, as a trustee of the holders of bonds issued by Eurohold Bulgaria AD (EUBB), ISIN BG2100013205, has convened a General Meeting of Bondholders on 29 May 2026 at 10:00 am in Sofia at 43 Christopher Columbus Blvd. under the following agenda:
- Partial change of the bond loan terms and conditions
Draft resolution: Approval, the issuer to be entitled to exercise a call option for repayment of a part or the entire principal of the bond ahead of schedule, but not less than EUR 1,000,000 or multiples of EUR 1,000,000 under the terms detailed in the GMB invitation
- In the absence of a quorum, the GMB will be held on 15 June 2026 at 10:00 am, at the same place and under the same agenda.
The right to participate in the General Meeting of Bondholders will be entitled to all holders of bonds, ISIN BG2100013205, registered with the central securities register five (5) days before the GMB date (Record Date).
