Unique venues nationwide will host "A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics," a seasonal live music experience surrounded by thousands of flickering candles

September 15th 2026 - Ghost stories, haunted houses and horror films have long been part of Halloween traditions. This fall, Candlelight® invites audiences across the United States to celebrate the season through another timeless ritual: music.

Taking place at iconic venues across the country-including Fontainebleau Miami Beach in Miami, Florida; The Congress Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois; Phoenix Zoo in Phoenix, Arizona; Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts; and California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento, California-A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics reimagines some of the world's most haunting melodies through live performances by local string quartets.

Blending classical works with music from film, television and popular culture, the programme features pieces such as Michael Jackson's Thriller, Bernard Herrmann's Psycho, the theme from Stranger Things and selections from The Nightmare Before Christmas, alongside Saint-Saëns' Danse Macabre and Mussorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain, all performed in the glow of thousands of candles.
