Buckeye’s Annual Spring Celebration

Buckeye's 28th Annual Spring Celebration is Saturday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at Sundance Park, 22865 W. Lower Buckeye Rd.

Fun activities for the entire family include the annual egg hunt, egg decorating and much more! Mr. and Mrs. Bunny will be on-site for festive pictures, as well as bounce houses, a petting zoo, vendors and face painting for only $5. A variety of food options will be available to purchase, so bring your appetite.

This year's Imagine Schools Egg Hunt is scheduled by age group at specific times, in 30-minute blocks. Children four years and younger have their own dedicated tot hunt area and can hunt continuously from 10 to 11:45 a.m. New this year: find one of the golden eggs hidden anywhere in Sundance Park and win a special prize!

Egg hunts schedule for all other age groups:

Tot Field

  • 9:30 a.m. - Hunt for special needs participants, all ages welcome
  • 10:00 - Ages 4 and under

Imagine Schools Field

  • 9:30 a.m. - Ages 5 and 6
  • 10 a.m. - Ages 7 and 8
  • 10:30 a.m. - Ages 9 and 10
  • 11 a.m. - Ages 11 and 12
  • 11:30 a.m. - Family/Ages 13 and up

Additional parking is available at Freedom Elementary School (22150 W. Sundance Pkwy.). Shuttle Service will be provided on a continuous loop beginning at 8:30 a.m. The last shuttle will depart Sundance Park at 12:15 p.m.
