Lane closures scheduled for bridge deck repairs on EB I-70 from Brooklyn Ave. to 18th St., May 16-19

JACKSON COUNTY - Crews will make the following lane and ramp closures on EB I-70 for bridge deck repairs, May 16-19. The following work is part of a larger project, which repairs various bridge decks in Cass, Jackson, and Platte Counties.

Friday, May 16 from 10 p.m. until Monday, May 19 at 6 a.m. (approximately)

• Crews will close two left lanes on EB I-70 beginning at Brooklyn Ave. to 18th St.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
