On May 14, 2026, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. ("Tri-State") certified the election by its member, Mountain View Electric Association, Inc. ("MVEA"), of James Riggins to replace Rick Gordon, as the director representing MVEA on Tri-State's Board of Directors effective as of June 4, 2026. Mr. Riggins is expected to serve on the External Affairs-Member Relations Committee.
