Reno Residents Invited to 2026 Biggest Little Spring Cleaning Events

The City of Reno is pleased to announce the dates for this year's Biggest Little Spring Cleaning events. Biggest Little Spring Cleaning events aim to provide free and accessible opportunities for residents to dispose of unwanted bulky trash.

Each Ward will host an event, ensuring residents across the city have equitable access to these resources. Only residential bulky waste will be accepted this spring; household hazardous waste and electronic waste will NOT be accepted at these events.

"We're heading into spring, and it's a great time for residents to take advantage of this free program that the City provides to do a little spring cleaning," said Ward 6 Councilmember Brandi Anderson. "By cleaning up our neighborhoods, we're also helping prevent illegal dumping. I encourage all residents to learn more about these events happening in their wards and join the City's commitment to environmental stewardship."

The events will open at 9 a.m. and will continue until the container bins are full or 12 p.m. at the latest. Residents are encouraged to arrive early.
