06 30 AM IST - 02 Sep'26
Candidates are reminded that current Phase 1 updates pertain exclusively to Competent Authority Quota (Category A) seats. 06 00 AM IST - 02 Sep'26
Competent Authority Quota seat allocations strictly adhere to statutory state reservation mandates. The current Phase 1 processing covers 100% of Competent Authority Quota (CQ) seats across all Government Medical Colleges and 50% Category-A CQ seats in Private Un-Aided Non-Minority and Minority institutions. 08 00 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
Senior Academic Expert Mahima Gupta highlights that strict rules apply to Phase 1 seat holders. According to KNRUHS regulations, candidates who are allotted an MBBS seat based on their submitted choices must complete college joining formalities. If a candidate receives an allotment but fails to report to the college Principal, they will be disqualified from exercising options in all subsequent rounds of counselling. This mechanism ensures seats are not blocked artificially.
07 00 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
As candidates prepare for the result release, KNRUHS has issued a clarification regarding payment gateway transactions on tsmedadm.tsche.in. In the event of a network glitch leading to duplicate deductions of the ₹12,000 University Fee, candidates must not raise bank chargebacks. Instead, send an email representation containing transaction IDs to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed directly to the source bank account following the completion of final admissions.
06 00 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
KNRUHS seat matrix execution enforces an 85% local reservation policy for Telangana domicile candidates across government and private medical institutions. 05 30 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
Following the closure of the web options portal, KNRUHS servers have initiated automated data mapping to cross-verify student preferences against state merit ranks. Technical teams at Warangal headquarters are auditing one-time password (OTP) submission logs and locked choice sheets. 01 30 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
Candidates must note that if a seat is allocated according to their web options but they fail to pay the university fee or report to the allotted college within the stipulated timeframe, their admission will be automatically canceled. Additionally, such candidates will be barred from exercising web options in all subsequent counselling phases to eliminate seat blocking.
01 00 PM IST - 01 Sep'26
Allotted candidates must pay a mandatory, non-refundable University Fee of ₹12,000 online using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking through the payment gateway on tsmedadm.tsche.in to download their provisional allotment order. In cases of payment failure resulting in duplicate deductions, candidates must email their representation to [email protected] for refunds after admissions close.
