NTCA Supports Pioneer Petition for Review
(February 9 ) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA supported a request filed by Pioneer Telephone Company ("PTC") seeking a recalculation of the company's updated Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) program service obligations and support amounts. As NTCA stated, circumstances outside of PTC's direct control and the timing for filing and completing Fabric challenges added up to an updated Enhanced A-CAM service obligation and support amount that does not reflect the area that the company serves.
