IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) Service Interruption

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), which transmits mail notices on behalf of the Court, experienced a nationwide service interruption beginning October 9, 2026.
The interruption includes bnc.uscourts.gov, bankruptcnotices.uscourts.gov, notices.uscourts.go websites, and the NCRS website that supports CM/ECF access to address labels.
This interruption may delay delivery of Court notices. CM/ECF users should review case dockets for notices, scheduled hearings, and applicable deadlines. Parties should file motions under FRBP 9006(b), where appropriate. Any requested extension remains subject to the applicable rules and the Court's determination; this announcement does not itself extend any deadline.
