Kirkland Advises Allied Industrial Partners on Sale of Waste Eliminator and Liberty Waste Solutions to TPG
Kirkland & Ellis advised Allied Industrial Partners, an industrial-focused private equity firm, on definitive agreements to simultaneously sell Waste Eliminator, a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for commercial and industrial waste generators in Georgia and South Carolina, and Liberty Waste Solutions, a provider of integrated waste and recycling solutions in North Carolina, to TPG. The transactions are expected to close by the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
