DALLAS - Lincoln High School and Humanities/Communications Magnet is elevating student storytelling with its newly renovated Digital Media Arts studio. Led by a Lincoln alum, the program blends production skills with media literacy, preparing students for careers in communications and beyond. From broadcasting and podcasting to film and theatre production, students are gaining hands-on experience reflective of professional industry standards while learning how to tell impactful stories.

Obadiah Knight bond community meeting
Dallas ISD will host a Bond Community Meeting to discuss plans for Obadiah Knight Elementary School. The meeting is slated for 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, at the Montessori Academy at Onesimo Hernandez auditorium. Community members are invited to attend, learn more about bond plans, and share feedback as the district continues planning for future improvements.

Elementary students reach for the stars with NASA Q&A
Students at Dan D. Rogers Elementary School will have a unique opportunity to connect with NASA tour guide, Irwin Stewart, during a virtual Q&A session at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 15. Stewart will be speaking with the class from the NASA Space Center as students learn about the Artemis II mission and ask questions about careers in aerospace.
