The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 13-year-old at-risk missing person, Franklyn B. King, who was last seen on Dec. 27, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m.
King was last seen leaving her residence in the 4000 block of Elm Avenue. King is on foot and her destination is unknown. She has runaway in the past and has been located near the Downtown Long Beach area. She has no cellphone nor tracking device on her person. She has mental conditions.
At-risk missing person Franklyn B. King is described as follows:
Age: 13-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: Hispanic
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 112 lbs
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Royal blue hoodie with "Millionaires" written on the front and blue jeans.
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: She has mental conditions.
