The organizers told the Head of State that during the exhibition, the pavilion was visited by over 3 million people from around the world, as well as over 140 official delegations.

The pavilion "Not For Sale" was implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine under the leadership of Ukraine's General Commissioner at EXPO 2025, Tetiana Berezhna (now Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy and Minister of Culture).

The space takes the form of a store where nothing can be purchased. Instead of goods, there are 17 exhibits symbolizing democratic values: freedom of choice, freedom of speech, humanity, resilience, innovation, the right to education, the right to self-expression, the right to medical care, the right to a decent standard of living, accessibility, civic engagement, unity, humaneness, children's rights, the right to participate in cultural life and entrepreneurship.

Each piece has a barcode that visitors can scan. After scanning, video stories from Ukraine appear on a screen, symbolically demonstrating the price Ukrainians pay for their future.

The organizers also presented Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the Values-Driven Economy zone, which showcases symbolic exhibits from Ukrainian companies that supported Ukraine's participation in EXPO 2025. These include oil, a protective helmet, and a siren that continues to work despite damage from Russian shelling.

The President also viewed the video installation Home Beyond the Dawn, a project presented at EXPO 2025 that brought together the work of 30 Ukrainian artists.
