Satori Capital was once again named to the top 10 of the "Best Places to Work in Texas," a program conducted by Best Companies Group. The program spotlights organizations that excel at fostering outstanding workplace environments, as measured by in-depth, anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Satori previously ranked first in 2023 and second in 2024 in the medium-sized employers category.
"We're honored to be recognized with an award that reflects just how deeply we respect and value our exceptional team," said Satori co-founder Randy Eisenman. "Our team members consistently exceed expectations in serving our stakeholders, and we believe it's equally important that we exceed expectations in supporting them and creating an environment where they can thrive."
Programs and benefits Satori provides to its team members include chef-prepared healthy lunches, a yearly $1,000 wellness allowance, monthly massage therapy, biannual $3,000 executive health screenings, and annual charitable donations on each team member's birthday. The firm's "Satori Serves" program also organizes charitable activities for team members, such as participating in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program and processing donations at the North Texas Food Bank.
The "Best Places to Work in Texas" award is one of numerous awards Satori has received for workplace excellence. Satori has been named to Pensions & Investments' "Best Places to Work in Money Management" list for 11 years in a row and to FW Inc.'s "Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth" list every year since 2016.

Disclaimer: The 2025 Best Places to Work in Texas honor was awarded by Best Companies Group in February of 2026. Winners were assessed through an anonymous employee survey that measured key areas of an organization's culture ranging from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Similar independent employee surveys were conducted for the Pensions & Investments magazine, FW Inc. magazine, and Great Place to Work awards. Satori Capital did not pay to participate in any ranking, and employee participation in all surveys was completely voluntary.
