Dan Schwartz joins One Community Bank Advisory Board

One Community Bank is proud to welcome Dan Schwartz to the One Community Bank Advisory Board. Dan is the President at SARA Investment Real Estate, an investment real estate sponsor headquartered on the east side of Madison.

"Dan will be a great addition to the OCB Advisory Board. His extensive experience with a variety of businesses will help him to connect with other board members and with OCB's colleagues," said Jim Walker, Advisory Board Independent Chair.

Dan joined SARA Investment Real Estate in 2023, became President in 2024, and led SARA to record profitability in 2025. Dan began his career as a mergers & acquisitions attorney at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City, advising private equity sponsors and sovereign wealth funds on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.

"Community banks are essential to local business growth, and OCB has supported so many businesses across Wisconsin's communities," said Dan. "I believe in OCB's mission and their colleagues. It's a privilege to join the Advisory Board and play a small part in what they're building."

Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling, reading, and watching the Packers.
