FRA contributes to WHO expert meeting on violence against women

On 17 April, FRA gave a presentation on interviewer training methods based on the agency's experiences of implementing large-scale data collection on violence against women. The presentation took place in an expert group meeting on interviewer training in violence against women surveys and modules, organised by the World Health Organization.

Meeting participants shared their experiences and challenges encountered when implementing national survey data collection as well as multinational surveys, to help identify promising practices and measures to ensure the application of high ethical standards related to the fieldwork process when collecting sensitive data, as well as high data quality.
