Out of touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur being called out for her vote against Ohioans follows a new report of Kaptur being named as the 6th most vulnerable member in the House of Representatives while another report highlighted the fact that Kaptur openly admitted that she has "failed and failed and failed and failed" the people of Ohio.
