Accessory Charged in Wilshire Hit & Run Investigation

Santa Monica, Calif. - On November 6th, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office filed a charge of 32 PC (Accessory After the Fact) against Marshonda LaJune Whitaker (DOB:09/02/1983) for her involvement following the fatal hit-and-run collision that occurred on Wilshire Boulevard on October 24, 2025.
Whitaker was taken into custody by Santa Monica Police Department detectives today pursuant to the newly filed charge.
This filing follows the arrest and extradition of the primary suspect, previously announced.
