NICHOLASVILLE, Ky., June 24, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 43,125-square-foot industrial property, occupied by SMC Integration Solutions, in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Patel and Dan Yozwiak, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa and Columbus offices, in association with Grant Fitzgerald, Marcus & Millichap's Kentucky broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a repeat local client, and procured the buyer, a repeat Ohio client.
The property, located at 400 Enterprise Drive, spans 6.04 acres and is fully occupied by SMC Integration Solutions, a mission-critical tenant that recently executed a new 16-year absolute net lease with term extending through 2041.
