UToledo President James Holloway joined students Friday afternoon on Centennial Mall in a celebration of Holi, a Hindu festival celebrating colors, love and spring.

Originating in India, Holi is celebrated worldwide as a festival that symbolizes the arrival of spring, the end of winter and the blossoming of love. A classic Holi celebration involves people gathering together to throw bright-colored powder and splash each other with colored water.
