002After completing the evaluation of all proposals submitted in response to Behavioral Health Student Services Act: School Behavioral Management System Project, BHSSA-Evaluation-002 The Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (Commission) has selected and hereby intends to award a contract to:

This Notice of Intent to Award will be posted on the Commission's website (https://bhsoac.ca.gov/) for five (5) working days, from April 20, 2025, through April 27, 2025.
The specific requirements that must be followed for a protest are listed in the RFP.
