Project Description:
Applicant proposes to rehabilitate support for an exhaust vent for a 36" gas main by installing an approx. 25' stone revetment in the tidal wetland adjacent to tunnel headhouse. Any resulting fill impacts will be mitigated for by removal of fill offsite. The proposed project is located at Soundview Park, block 3463, lot 1, Bronx, 10473.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The application type is exempt and/or the project involves the continuation of an existing operational activity.

This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
