Pinal County Workforce Development Board Retreat

The Pinal County Workforce Development Board (PCWDB) has procured the services of EDSI to
align Board members around Pinal County's workforce strategy through the ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County system to clarify the Board's strategic role, define the governance structure needed to execute the strategy, and revisit the Board's mission and vision to reflect its future-focused direction.

The next phase in this process is to hold a Pinal County Workforce Development Board Retreat on January 30, 2026. This retreat, facilitated by Ken Mall of EDSI, is designed to:

  • Emphasize the Board's role as strategic leader and neutral convener of Pinal County workforce development efforts.
  • Use facilitated dialogue and breakout sessions to surface perspectives across geography, sectors, and roles.
  • Anchor discussion in data, stakeholder themes, and system-level thinking.
  • Balance visioning with practical governance and implementation readiness.
