Caroline Simonson Named a 2026 Top Woman in Finance by Finance & Commerce

MINNEAPOLIS, September 24, 2026 - Caroline Simonson, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Real Estate Practice, has been named one of Finance & Commerce's 2026 Top Women in Finance. The annual list recognizes women who are shaping Minnesota's financial industry and highlights their outstanding achievements, transformative leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement.

Simonson will be profiled in the Top Women in Finance magazine, and her efforts will be recognized at a gala on November 12.

With significant experience representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, Simonson successfully manages and closes deals involving multifamily properties and other commercial real estate. Her practice is focused on finance transactions involving multifamily properties, including workforce housing, affordable housing, manufactured housing, student housing, seniors housing, and mixed-use developments that include multifamily housing. She primarily represents lenders who originate loans for multifamily housing projects around the country, which loans are then sold to Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, and bridge lenders who finance multifamily properties.
