Item 1. Description of Registrant's Securities to be Registered.

The shares to be registered hereunder are shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.001 per share (the "Shares"), of Tortoise Nuclear Renaissance ETF, a series of Tortoise Capital Series Trust (the "Registrant"). An application for listing of the Shares of the Fund has been filed with the NYSE Arca, Inc. The description of the Shares is contained in the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of the Fund, which are part of the Trust's Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-281744 and 811-23997), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 26, 2025. The description of the Shares is incorporated herein by reference and made part of this registration statement.
