LAVC Fall 2025 Final Examinations are held from December 15-21, 2025 for full-term classes. Check your course syllabus for the final exam date and time. The Fall 2025 Final Exam Schedule is also posted on the Class Schedule page.

LAVC Study Away, in partnership with the European Studies Association (ESA), will be offering a French language study abroad program to Paris from July 1-30, 2026. If you are interested in participating, please join us at our information session.

The LAVC Jazz Combos, under the direction of Richard Kahn, is holding a special concert featuring nine bands performing three selections each, including the newly revived Jazz Vocal Ensemble (previously known as Monarch Jazz). Free admission.

During Winter Break 2025, college offices and services may have limited hours or be closed. Please check the office's webpage for their Winter Break hours of operation.
The campus is closed on December 24-26 and 31, 2025 and January 1, 3 and 4, 2026. In addition, many offices may be closed from December 29-30, 2025, and January 2, 2026.
Winter 2026 classes begin, and college services will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, January 5.
Find answers to your general questions and get help registering at the Welcome Center. It's open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. & Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. (except on holidays).
The Child Development Center is looking for a student worker to help in the kitchen area, Monday-Friday from 9:30am-1:30pm for the Winter and Spring 2026 semesters. For more information regarding qualifications and to request an application, email the LAVC Child Development Center at @email
