Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence Major General Andrei Lukyanovich Visits the Capital of Ethiopia

Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence Major General Andrei Lukyanovich is on working visit to Addis-Abebe, the capital of Ethiopia

He held working meetings with Commander of the Ethiopian Air Force Lieutenant General Yilma Merdasa and Director-General of International Relations and Military Cooperation at the Defence Ministry of Ethiopia Major General Teshome Gemechu.

The parties discussed specific issues, as well as pointed out the similarity of approaches of Belarus and Ethiopia to an assessment of the most relevant international security problems and the friendly nature of bilateral relations at the highest level, which creates favorable conditions for further cooperation.

The participants also discussed bilateral military cooperation issues of mutual interests, emphasizing the importance of practical activities.
