15 Years of Flipboard: Celebrating a Platform Built for Journalism, Curiosity and Community

When Flipboard launched in 2010, we set out to reimagine how people discover and engage with content online. Instead of cluttered social feeds or RSS readers, Flipboard offered a personalized, magazine-style experience, turning the internet into something more beautiful and curated.

Fifteen years later, we're proud that Flipboard remains a trusted destination for millions of people to follow the news, dive into their interests and connect with others who share their passions. We strive to be a place where people genuinely enjoy spending time, exploring topics (35,000 of them) they love in a space they can trust.
