CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00016447 de 27 de julio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo - Papel Comercial de la compañía NEGOCIOS AUTOMOTRICES NEOHYUNDAI S.A., por un monto de hasta QUINCE MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 15.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00004025 de 29 de enero de 2024.
