TowerBrook Appoints Matt Ross to lead its Structured Opportunities Strategy in the US

Mr. Ross joins as a Managing Director in New York

NEW YORK - November 2, 2026 - TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. ("TowerBrook"), the international investment firm, today announced the appointment of Matt Ross as a Managing Director and Head of TowerBrook Structured Opportunities in the US.

TowerBrook's Structured Opportunities strategy provides flexible capital to management teams seeking to accelerate business growth and market impact outside of a traditional buyout. The strategy was first launched in 2015 and has made 32 investments to date.

Mr. Ross brings more than 15 years of investment experience spanning private markets, opportunistic credit and restructuring. He joins TowerBrook from One Investment Management, where he was a Partner and Head of US Corporate Investing. Prior to this, Mr. Ross was a Managing Director at KKR, where he was a member of the Strategic Investments Group. He previously held investment roles at Venor Capital Management and Centerbridge Partners and began his career in the Restructuring Group at Blackstone.

Mr. Ross earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
