New York, NY (March 13) - Omnicom Media, an Omnicom connected capability, today announced the appointment of Bradley Rogers as Chief Executive Officer of OMD USA. Rogers brings more than 25 years of marketing and business leadership experience spanning media, creative services, and digital platforms to his position. His career includes senior leadership roles across global organizations including McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy, Mindshare, and Red Ventures, with experience across global, regional, and market-level operations. Throughout his career he has built enduring partnerships with leading brands including IBM, Mastercard, Microsoft and Nestlé.
"Bradley brings meaningful business acumen and specialized expertise shaped by leadership roles across media, creative services, commerce and consumer platforms," says Omnicom Media North America CEO Ralph Pardo. "This unique combination - along with his entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding for how to be a strategic partner makes him exceptionally well suited to lead OMD. Successful modern marketing requires us all to embrace new levels of agility, effectiveness and impact. He knows how to connect capabilities, teams and ideas in ways that help clients navigate that complexity and translate it into real business outcomes."
Rogers succeeds Chrissie Hanson, who is leaving the agency following four years as CEO. Says Pardo, "During her tenure, Chrissie reinforced OMD's market leadership, deepening the value we unlock for our clients. She is an exceptional talent, and we wish her all the best for her next chapter."
Prior to his current role as President at Red Ventures, a digital marketing and large-scale customer acquisition company that was recently named one of the five fastest growing private companies by Inc. magazine, OMD's new CEO was Global President and Chief Operating Officer of MRM, part of McCann Worldgroup, where he led the agency's global operations across 16 markets and managed relationships with many of the world's largest brands.
In his new role, Rogers will be leading the USA's biggest media agency, and the largest market for the world's best performing media agency network.
Commenting on his new role, Rogers said, "As marketing organizations navigate rapid change, it's essential that we partner closely with clients to understand the pressures they face and the opportunities ahead. As CEO, my priority will be ensuring that we are consistently delivering measurable outcomes for our partners, unlocking Omnicom Media's market-leading advantages in scale, data, identity, commerce and talent to accelerate outsized growth for the brands we serve."
Rogers' appointment is effective March 23.
