Cotton Statement on Confirmation of Judge Shepherd to U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas

Washington, D.C. - Today, Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) released a statement following the confirmation of Judge John Thomas Shepherd to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Senator Cotton spoke about Judge Shepherd's nomination on the Senate Floor. Video and transcript available.
