Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Two to the Commission for Independent Education

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of John Euliano and Christopher "Sam" Lynn to the Commission for Independent Education.

John Euliano

Euliano is the Co-Owner of the Brevard Nursing Academy and a Partner at Rainmaker Strategic Capital. Active in his community, he previously served as the Chair of the University of Central Florida Foundation Board of Directors and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools Board of Directors. Euliano earned his bachelor's degree in organizational behavior from Warner Southern College and his master's degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Christopher "Sam" Lynn, DBA

Lynn is the Division Vice President of Campus Operations for Concorde Career Colleges and an Adjunct Professor at Florida National University. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Online at Everglades University and the Regional Vice President of Operations at the Education Corporation of America. Lynn earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Petersburg College, his master's degree in business administration from Florida State University, and his doctorate in business administration from Trident University International.

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
