  • The Alpine Table | An Evening In The Aspens | July 17 - 18, 2026: Beaver Creek Resort invites you to experience alpine dining at its most elevated - literally and creatively, at The Alpine Table: An Evening in the Aspens. This is an exclusive culinary event set deep within a secluded aspen grove at 9,500 feet.

Accessible only by scenic chairlift ride, this intimate evening brings together Beaver Creek's most esteemed chefs for a single, thoughtfully choreographed menu, with each course and included wine pairing reflecting the flavor, seasonality, and refinement of high-country cuisine.

Dates, times, and prices are subject to change and could be impacted by weather. Check for extended hours over holidays, weekends and dates in July and early August.
