Eastbound I-94 closed at 35th Street in Kalamazoo County Oct. 2-5 for repairs
KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be resurfacing eastbound I-94 at 35th Street in Galesburg, Kalamazoo County. The $440,000 investment includes full-depth pavement repair and hot-mix asphalt resurfacing. The work is weather dependent.

Traffic restrictions:
Eastbound I-94 will be closed at 35th Street with traffic detoured on the I-94 ramps at Exit 85.
35th Street will be closed at I-94 to allow detoured I-94 traffic to flow. 35th Street traffic will be detoured on MN Avenue, 40th Street and East Michigan Avenue.
