Following a vote during Tuesday's City Council meeting, the City of Fort Worth is moving forward with the Evans & Rosedale Urban Village redevelopment, selecting Royal Capital LLC as master developer in August 2024 after a competitive process.

The $61 million mixed-use project will bring at least 181 residential units, split between senior and family housing, with affordable options ranging from 30% to 80% AMI.

There will be 15,700 square feet of commercial space, which will include a grocery store or market. Planned amenities include restaurants, a fitness center, coffee shop and enhanced green spaces, with a minimum of 283 parking spaces.
