New York, NY - May 13, 2026 - The Durst Organization today announced that W Media, publishers of the fashion, entertainment, and culture outlet W Magazine, has signed a lease for 12,456 square feet on the 46th floor at One World Trade Center. A wave of recent leasing activity, including Energy Capital Partners' growth to more than 70,000 square feet, has brought One World Trade Center to 97% leased.

"One World Trade Center has the largest community of TAMI tenants in New York City, even as the building draws a growing base of finance and law firms. W Media will add to the dynamic mix of creative and innovative talent at One World Trade Center," said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

"The World Trade Center campus continues to be a magnet for best-in-class firms who see the value of an address in a vibrant lower Manhattan location that offers direct transit connections to New Jersey and throughout New York City, proximity to like-minded innovative companies, and the best mixed-use hub that the city has to offer," said Jolene Yeats, the director of the World Trade Center at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. "The Port Authority works diligently to bring dynamic programming to the entire World Trade Center campus, in addition to the world-class amenities available to our One World Trade Center tenants."

Built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a public-private partnership, One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The 3.1 million-square-foot building is certified LEED Gold and has direct access to the World Trade Center Oculus transit hub.

One World Trade Center brings together convenience, ample amenities, and a vibrant neighborhood that inspires innovation, productivity, and success. The 25,000-square-foot Well& by Durst amenity space on the 64th Floor Sky Lobby provides tenants with a space that invigorates, inspires, and fosters connections. Well& by Durst features freshly prepared seasonal meals, exclusive curated events, as well as state-of-the-art meeting, event, and lounge spaces. Tenants at One World Trade Center include Condé Nast Publications, Carta, Ameriprise, Celonis, Stagwell, Scale AI, and Frier Levitt.
