VHB Appoints Beth Freeman as Chief Marketing Officer

VHB is strengthening its leadership team with the promotion of Beth Freeman, CPSM, to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this newly established role, Beth will lead the firm's marketing, communications, brand, client experience, thought leadership, and business development efforts, bringing these areas together to strengthen client relationships and support VHB's continued growth.

Beth brings 25 years of industry experience across marketing, business development, communications, and branding, along with a deep understanding of the AEC industry and VHB's clients and markets. Since joining VHB in 2016, she has been a driving force in shaping how the firm understands and engages with its clients, strengthens its brand, and positions its capabilities to address evolving client needs and opportunities.

As CMO, Beth will work closely with VHB's market, service, and regional leaders to advance the firm's client experience, strategic advisory capabilities, business development, and thought leadership.

"Beth has played an important role in shaping how we think about our clients, our markets, and the opportunities ahead," said Bill Ashworth, President & CEO. "As we look to the next decade of rapid change, her experience, perspective, and deep understanding of our business and our clients will be critically important. Beth will help us keep our people informed and aligned, strengthen our relationships with clients, and communicate the value that differentiates VHB."

Beth has also been a key contributor to VHB's strategic direction, serving on the firm's Strategic Planning Committee. In 2024, she was selected to serve on VHB's Board of Directors, where she brings her perspective on clients, markets, and the business to conversations about VHB's future.
