Five Norton Rose Fulbright leaders selected for Law360’s 2026 editorial advisory boards

Norton Rose Fulbright US Co-Head of RestructuringRyan Manns (Dallas), partner Sanya Sukduang (Washington, DC), partner Justin VandenBout (Houston), senior counsel Bhavna Agnihotri (New York) and US Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer Emily Rogers (New York) have been chosen to serve on Law360 's 2026 editorial advisory boards.

Drawing on deep subject matter knowledge and extensive practice experience, board members offer Law360 thoughtful guidance and professional perspective on both current developments and future coverage. While hundreds of lawyers contribute thought leadership to the publication, only a select group is invited to serve on its editorial boards.

For the third consecutive year, Ryan will serve on the Bankruptcy Editorial Board. He represents public and private corporations, boards of directors, management teams, creditor constituencies and purchasers of financially distressed assets in complex business restructuring matters.

Sanya was chosen for the Life Sciences Editorial Board. He has more than 25 years of experience litigating life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman challenges for brand drug manufacturers, biological products, trade secrets and medical devices.

Justin will serve on the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Editorial Board. He is a trial lawyer who maintains a nationwide litigation practice with a focus on handling the highest exposure catastrophic personal injury and mass tort litigation throughout the United States.

Bhavna was selected to serve on the Insurance Authority Editorial Board. Her practice focuses on a broad range of international corporate transactions involving the insurance industry, including structured reinsurance transactions, M&A, insurance linked securities and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Norton Rose and Fulbright, she led the 600-person Insurance Division of the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) that supervised and regulated more than 2,000 life, health, property and casualty insurance companies and held senior positions at leading law firms, AIG and Swiss Re.

Emily was chosen for the Legal Industry Editorial Board. She leads more than 80 business development, communications and marketing professionals who support the firm's strategic growth by raising its profile and increasing its market share.
