TLU Alum Shoutout: Kenna Neitch ’14

A great big Bulldog shoutout to TLU alum Kenna Neitch '14, who is publishing her book, A Praxis of Persistence: Central American Feminist Testimony and Sustainable Activism this June.

The book brings together textual and ethnographic approaches to highlight feminist methods of persistence and adaptation in case studies across the last forty years of organizing in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

Neitch, who went on to earn both her master's and doctorate from Texas Tech after graduating TLU with her BA in English and philosophy, is currently an Assistant Professor of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
